2 – 2.45pm Chelsea Carmichael Quartet

Having already performed alongside such jazz names such as James Morrison and Bobby Shew, Chelsea Carmichael leads this new contemporary jazz quartet. Moving from the North West to London to continue her studies at Trinity Conservatoire, Chelsea exhibits a strong influence from her hero Dexter Gordon. A set of mostly original compositions drawing on her love for groove and funk based jazz.
